    Totally flawless experience with this company from start to finish. I had the owner Robert come by and give me a quote. They movers were on time, very professional, experienced and careful. It was such a pleasure to deal with them. Willie, James and Martinez are a great team. They were so willing to help with anything related to the move and were so pleasant. Moving is so stressful they really took the edge off. I also recommended them to the previous owner who moved out of state and she was thoroughly satisfied with them too.     To start Robert was easy to communicate with and was straight forward with pricing (which I appreciated because a lot of time there ends up being hidden fees).     There were absolute professionals. They arrived 2 mins before schedule, and did the job really fast. My old apartment had a narrow staircase, and the new one has stairs too, but they carried the stuff up and down without difficulty and with great efficiency! They even fixed a loose nail on the leg of my bed. Mine was a small move, from a studio to another one close by, and it was done in 1.5 hrs!! I would totally recommend their services.read more

    Robert and his team are A#1...My wife and I have moved 4 times in the last 4 years for work reasons. We’ve pretty much seen it all in terms of movers’ promises and delivery or lack thereof. This particular move was tricky given the current COVID-19 crisis and the fact that my wife and I are in our early 60s. Their team was in time, on budget, respectful and courteous. Most importantly, there were absolutely no surprises! There wasn’t a thing missing or anything broken. They worked very hard, very smartly and proud of their services.     I used this company 12 years ago, moving from Ft. Lauderdale to Providence, RI. In going through some old paperwork, I just found the contract and before I toss it, I wanted to add my comments. You hear all kinds of nightmare stories about moving companies, so it was hard to let go and trust a company. Besides, I was shipping irreplaceable family furniture and memories. What a great experience! They were prompt, friendly, affordable and professional. Very good communication, too. All the stuff arrived in perfect condition, when they said it would arrive.     We received a postcard from South Florida Van Lines when we put the house on the market. We kept the postcard because I knew the house would sell fast. The moment the house went to pending status, we received a bunch of postcards including another postcard from this company. Since they were the first company to seek our business, I called. Robert came to our home the next day and we walked through to discuss what was going to be packed. I advised Robert that I was a straight shooter and not to "play" with the price. Since we have moved before, I was happy with his estimate and decided to use him as our mover. This was a complicated move. His crew was to come to the home, pick up the designated items and store them in the warehouse for 2 weeks. Then, they were to move the items from the warehouse to our new home. We had many items that were delicate and could break upon multiple moves. Also, they were in possession of a safe and we had to trust them. On the day of the move, they arrived in a 24ft. truck that had their name professionally written across the side. The 3 workers did not waste any time. They were a well-oiled machine. I was most impressed that all of our furniture was covered in blankets and wrapped in plastic wrap, then sealed in tape. Two weeks later, they repeated the process and delivered our items to our new home. As the truck was getting cleaned out, I was pacing back and forth waiting for one item..you know which one... Finally, the mover rolled up with the dolly and said, "Last but not least, the baby." Yes, the safe. We unpacked everything and not one item was broken. Several weeks later, one of Robert's competitors was delivering furniture to one of our neighbors. I recognized the truck because they had also sent us a postcard. However, their truck was old and the labeling on the truck was faded and peeling. I also noticed the furniture inside of the truck had not been wrapped and the movers threw patio furniture outside of the truck. I smiled as I walked by and thank my lucky stars that I called Robert. He might not be the cheapest, but he is the best.read more

    I needed to move from a 7400 sq ft home to a 3000 sq ft condo. Needless to say I was overwhelmed!!I must say that Robert who owns this company saved the day .. days.. weeks.
